Allyn Oliver is the founder of StonePath Consulting Group, a consultancy firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small companies build stronger businesses for the path ahead. Allyn began her career in operations working first for a family owned builder before moving to customer support & operations roles at a start-up company and then landing at Kaplan Test Prep, a large education company, for over seven years. Thanks to many great teachers, mentors, and managers, she advanced quickly and has held various positions including Operations Manager, Service Director, and Operations Director before moving into the Executive Management as Executive Director Operations for Kaplan.

Allyn is passionate about continuous improvement and driving both team and customer loyalty. She has proven results in scaling financial and customer operations, managing teams, driving customer retention, and improving customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings. Allyn most recently completed work for a $12M company where she set up a customer service & operations team that scaled to just over $20M with a 97% customer retention rate.

Allyn received her undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of Georgia and her MBA in Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She currently lives in Charlotte and enjoys spending time in the Carolina sunshine with her two boys and traveling with her husband. The couple is currently on a mission to attend a game in all 31 NFL stadiums.
